At our framing walkthrough I noticed some duct work roughed in that was going to be in conflict with a built in we were planning for later. The homes were well detailed, but more important to me, the homes had good, strong “bones”. Ability to think and sketch three-dimensionally to illustrate design concepts, floor diagrams, furniture plans and custom requests. The construction manager was fantastic and quickly addressed questions or concerns. I appreciated WestBay’s videos relating to the home buying process and home maintenance. The process went smoothly, absolutely love my new home, and am looking forward to watching this new community flourish.

I actually took their paper form and made it into an excel spreadsheet, so as we were making changes to our choices during our visits to the Design Center, we could keep track of how much money we were potentially going to spend.
